Effluent and Wastewater Treatment

• Ensure PMI & maintenance of ETP, RO, UTF (ultra filtration), WHE (Waste heat evaporator), ATFD (Agitated thin film drier) to enable treatment of wastewater as per guidelines and maintain treated water as per legal specs. Driving projects to reduce Chemical consumption for improving efficiency of RO plants Prepare water balance diagram to identify opportunities for water efficiency.
• LPC adherence and compliance as per Policy deployment
• Ensure operation and maintenance of effluent treatment processes, this includes overseeing the operation of pumps, valves, Scrubber, Scada system, and other equipment to ensure proper treatment of wastewater.
• Monitoring and adjust chemical dosages to maintain optimal treatment levels.
• Conduct regular inspections and analysis: Wastewater Management professionals inspect treatment facilities to identify any issues or malfunctions for better process capability.
• Ensure calibration of instruments (pH/ORP/Conductivity)
• Ensure compliance with regulations and operation of plant with legal limit. tter process capability.

Rainwater Filtration System & Distribution

• Perform PMI and maintenance of equipment's as per schedule to ensure availability of DM water, High pure water (24*7) Preparing scope document of services given by contractor Ensuring rainwater system health and treating rainwater for re-usage.
• Reducing freshwater withdrawal as per the policy deployment
• Perform PMI and maintenance of drinking water plant and dispensers.
• Ensure operation and maintenance of Jain irrigation systems.
• Involve implementing recycling programs, improving water conservation practices, and promoting the use of environmentally friendly technologies.

Digitalization

• Preparing framework of digitalization in wastewater treatment for integrating it in IT networks
• Digitization projects (IOT, CBM etc) as per Policy deployment

EHS Coordinator

• Coordinate for EHS Audits and QMM Audits Ensure records are updated as per the audit requirements.
• Zero incident and accidents, No NC in Audits.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering with more than 5 years relevant work experience.
• Knowledge on  wastewater treatment processes and equipment.
• Knowledge on HIRA process for the activities carried out, contractor management as per the related clause related to safety and legal requirements.
• Usage of problem-solving sheet, PDCA etc

• Understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in computer software for data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge on the elements used in ETP, RO, DM, STP plant. Multi effect evaporator plant
• Knowledge on HIRA process for the activities carried out, contractor management as per the related clause related to safety and legal requirements.
• Awareness on digital tools (e.g Power BI, IOT, Analytics etc)
• Usage of problem-solving sheet, PDCA etc
• Good written and oral communication,*Networking with locations and OEM,*Usage of MS office tools.
