• Design and build AI-driven DevOps solutions (e.g., failure analysis, pipeline intelligence, workflow automation, or agent-based systems) to improve developer productivity
• Design, implement, and evolve CI/CD pipelines at scale to support fast and reliable software releases
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex build, infrastructure, and system-level issues across diverse environments
• Own and evolve critical DevOps infrastructure, including
o Jenkins (pipeline development, Groovy scripting, DSL)
o Kubernetes clusters
o Elastic Stack (ELK) for logging and observability
o Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and alerting
o Ubuntu/Linux-based systems
• Drive improvements in system automation, observability, scalability, and reliability
• Implement and maintain configuration management using Ansible, along with scripting in Python and Bash
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams to improve engineering productivity and workflow efficiency
Minimum Requirements
• 7+ years of professional experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or related roles
• Proven experience building and maintaining large-scale CI/CD systems (strong Jenkins pipeline expertise required)
• Experience designing or applying AI-driven approaches to improve DevOps workflows or infrastructure
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes (K8s)
• Solid experience working in Linux environments (Ubuntu preferred)
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash
• Proficient with Git and GitHub-based workflows
• Hands-on experience with configuration management (Ansible)
• Strong understanding of monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Experience with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for logging and observability
Nice to Have
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Experience working with virtualization (e.g., QEMU)
Soft Skills
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive problems to closure
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to collaborate across teams (Dev, QA, Infra) and influence outcomes
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
