This role involves handling international calls and providing exceptional customer service to clients from various regions. The position requires flexibility to work in night shifts and an ability to manage conversations professionally.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in an International Voice Process environment.
  
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
  
• Facilitate and process customer information in accordance with company policies.
  
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet targets and improve service quality.
  
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service standards.
  

• Undergraduate in any field from a recognized university.
  
• Freshers or individuals with 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  

• Excellent communication skills in English.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
  
• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Preferred skills include experience in BPO Voice, US Voice Process, and International Calling.
  

• Candidates should be open to night shifts as per the business needs.
  
• Immediate availability is highly preferred to accommodate project timelines.
