Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and articulate individuals to join our team for the International Voice Process role. This position involves handling US Healthcare Process (B2B Calls) with a focus on accuracy and professionalism. No prior knowledge in medical billing is required as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound B2B calls related to US healthcare processes.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
- Accurately document and update records in the system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve customer issues.
- Follow protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills.
Requirements- Excellent English communication skills with no grammatical errors.
- Ability to speak English fluently and clearly.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Freshers or candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in any domain are eligible.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be ready to report to the office from day 1; no work from home options available.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
