Your Role: Jr Process Engineer

• Modeling of the engineering activities, methods and processes in internal system (e.G. Stages)
• Drive simplifications and updates of processes and procedures
• Analysis of the process improvements coming from proposals submitted
• Ensures compliance of process to ASPICE standard
• Identifies systemic issues based on 3L5W analysis
• Drives improvement ideas, process updates with the different competencies
• Guides the global tool configuration to drive standardization
• Provides guideline for other company entities to make a proper changes in the related processes

YOUR BACKGROUND:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 
• 3 - 6 years of experience in the Automotive industry with skills in Quality processes and methods. 
• Experience working in STAGES (Method Parks) or other process management tools  
• Min. 3 years professional experience within engineering (SW or Systems preferred)
• Shall already have participated a complete design cycle of a product
• Engineering bachelor degree or similar
• Mandatory need to know standard MS Office Package,
• Some working experience with tools for processes modeling (Visio, Lucid Charts)
• High motivated, independent working style; highly flexible and result-oriented
• Analytical approach to problem solving and process modeling
• Team player with good communication skills and accountability

• Fluent English required (minimum B2 Level)
