Job Title: Junior Associate/Associate - Web Analytics

As a Junior Associate in Adobe Analytics, based in India, you will help design and deliver reliable digital measurement across our web ecosystem, ensuring every tag, event, and classification drives insight with speed and accuracy.
You will join a global, fast-moving team that is tightly integrated with our enterprise functions and markets. Your work will translate measurement plans into robust implementations, enabling data-driven decisions across campaigns, content, and customer experiences. Accountabilities:
Measurement Plan Translation: Work with business stakeholders to understand measurement and reporting requirements, and convert them into precise Adobe Analytics designs that meet business needs.
Tagging Implementation and Governance: Develop and deploy web analytics tags across websites using a tag management system, ensuring consistent instrumentation and data cleanliness.
Tealium IQ Operations: Configure, test, and maintain tags in Tealium IQ, documenting technical approaches and versioning changes for traceability and reuse.
JavaScript and Plugin Integration: Develop and modify JavaScript and Adobe Analytics plugins to support data capture across digital properties, optimizing for performance and maintainability.
Data Quality and Auditing: Validate, debug, and audit tag implementations; maintain audit logs; and proactively resolve issues to protect data integrity.
Third-Party Media Tags: Implement and manage third-party pixels (e.g., Floodlights, Facebook), ensuring alignment with privacy, compliance, and measurement standards.
Documentation and Specifications: Create and maintain clear technical specifications for tagging; provide explanations and handover notes to stakeholders and partner teams.
Delivery and Stakeholder Management: Manage requests across development, testing, and launch phases; balance multiple priorities; and deliver high-quality outputs on time in a fast-paced environment.
Continuous Improvement and Risk Management: Monitor service quality, identify improvements, and escalate key issues and risks; help build a sustainable reporting capability that scales across markets.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Computer Science or Quantitative Studies
- Excellent Communication Skills, with the ability to clearly Work in collaboration with the technology team and analysts to determine and implement the best Adobe Analytics instrumentation, ensure business requirements are met, and data capture is clean.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused
- Strong technical acumen and experience with Front-End Engineering (JavaScript / Ajax / jQuery, HTML/CSS)
- Fluent in debugger tools like Fiddler 2, Charles Proxy, or Firebug and excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in SAINT classification
- Analytical expertise with demonstrated data management skills.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and enforcing data standards and operating procedures.
- Should be a team player.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of Google Analytics is an added advantage
