Junior Visual Designer

About the Role:

Leap’s central creative team is our in-house agency bringing the fastest growing study abroad brand to life. Through design, copy & brand work, you’ll be the driving force behind delivering Leap’s exciting & daring persona to Indian study abroad aspirants.
The charter for this role will include:

• Create visually appealing assets including static ads, brochures, pamphlets, posters, and presentations.
• Assist in the production of Leap's video content.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute design concepts.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Participate in video shooting and editing using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Contribute to the enhancement of Leap's visual identity across various platforms.
  Ideal Persona would:
  
• 2-3  years of experience in visual design with a good understanding of design principles and trends.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in video production.
• Strong attention to detail and creative flair.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates who actively maintain their own blog/vlog or have a significant social media presence.
