Job Description



This role is responsible for driving the ongoing evolution of Client’ commercial (procurement) contracting capabilities by securing, automating, and governing the enterprise implementation of Ironclad, the low-code/no-code enterprise CLM platform. We are seeking an experienced Ironclad configuration consultant to ensure that Ironclad CLM workflows, integrations, data flows, and configurations meet the highest standards of security, compliance, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include design, configuration, development, integration, security, automation, and operational support of the organization’s Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. This role partners closely with Legal, Procurement, Compliance, Security, Product, Architecture, and Technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient contract management solutions that support enterprise business operations and digital transformation initiatives.



Ironclad Platform Development & Management
  • Design, develop, configure, and automate solutions within the Ironclad CLM platform to create efficient digital contracting experiences.
  • Build and maintain advanced workflows, approval processes, contract templates, clause libraries, and dynamic business rules.
  • Oversee system administration, including user roles, security permissions, release schedules, and environment updates.
  • Manage the migration of legacy contracts into the Ironclad repository while ensuring data integrity.
  • Own platform governance, monitoring, incident management, and change control to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Leverage process intelligence, analytics and AI-driven features (Ironclad AI Assist, clause extraction, risk scoring) where applicable. to implement end-to-end capabilities across source to contract processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Project Management



  • Manage and report on the progress of assigned development and operational tasks. 
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release coordination.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in the Source-to-Contract space.
Quality Assurance & Support
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot issues related to the Ironclad platform and its integrations.
  • Develop and execute testing plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, operational procedures, and cross-team training on CLM functionality.
  • Identify opportunities and Monitor system performance, workflow adoption, and data quality to drive continuous improvement in workflows, usability, and support processes.
  • Support vulnerability remediation, risk assessments, and incident response activities.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, retention, and privacy policies.

Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant field



Experience with Ironclad platform certifications or advanced administration capabilities.
 Experience with SaaS governance, cloud security, and enterprise integration architecture.
 Familiarity with legal operations, procurement workflows, or contract management processes.
 Knowledge of compliance frameworks and audit requirements.



  • 3+ years of experience in contract lifecycle management tools, ideally Ironclad, or SaaS platform development
  • Hands-on experience with Ironclad or similar CLM tools
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, orchestration platforms, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
  •  Experience supporting SaaS platforms and cloud-based enterprise applications.
  •  Experience working within Agile or Product Model delivery organizations.
  •  Experience collaborating with Legal, Procurement, Compliance, or Security stakeholders preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
  • Solid knowledge of security best practices, compliance frameworks, and non-functional requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to produce accurate work under pressure with frequent deadlines
  •  Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex technical initiatives.
