  • Work Mon-Fri (2 choice days a week from home) 
  • Take on-call shifts during nights and weekends 

Qualifications we seek in you! 



Minimum Qualifications 



  • BA in computer science or equivalent 
  • Experience in Tier3 support or professional services 
  • English – excellent writing and conversational skills 
  • Experience with PowerShell and DevOps tools 
  • SQL scripting and DB maintenance 
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript,Node JS, React 
  • Experience in programming, ASP.net would be an advantage 
  • Experience in system log analysis 
  • Experience with Windows servers and IIS 
  • Experience with cloud services 
  • Relevant years of experience in similar jobs 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 




  • · Experience with Azure 
  • · Experience with Azure Dev ops 
  • · Experience with Azure Kubernetes and docker 
  • · Experience with Grafana 
  • · Experience with Web services and Oauth authentication 
  • · Experience with Azure Open AI
