As a Lead Platform Product Manager, the candidate is supposed to own and drive the execution and evolution of the Calypso Platform, with a focus on platform capabilities, integrations, cloud readiness, and digital-asset enablement. This role is critical to ensuring the platform remains scalable, secure, and fit for enterprise use while supporting increasing client adoption and advanced use cases across global banks and financial institutions.

Join the FinTech P&SE organization, which sits at the intersection of platform engineering, product strategy, cloud enablement, and client engagement. The team works closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Sales, CS, QA, and Support. The team leads the platform evolution, integration, and delivery efforts in support of new product development engineering.

Role Responsibilities


As a Lead Platform Product Manager, your focus will be driving platform delivery and roadmap execution, including research, build, and cloud readiness. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Mumbai, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.


Owns and drives delivery of key platform initiatives and capabilities within the broader Calypso Platform roadmap, including roadmap definition, prioritization, and delivery.


Translates platform strategy into clear, actionable product requirements and achievements.


Acts as the primary product contact for platform topics for clients, Support, Presales, and Client Services. Participates in customer workshops, demos, critical issues, and roadmap discussions.


We need someone with a highly self-motivated, consultant-like mentality—someone who proactively engages collaborators, drives timelines, and pushes for measurable outcomes with minimal oversight.


We expect you to have: (Minimum Qualifications)


Experience Level: 6–8 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a closely related role.


Expert experience in requirements gathering and writing requirements documents


Experience delivering platform, infrastructure, or integration-heavy products, ideally in FinTech or capital markets environments.


Solid understanding of digital assets concepts, including tokenization and blockchain infrastructure.


Hands-on experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and familiarity with SaaS operating models.


Strong ability to communicate sophisticated technical topics to both technical and business collaborators.


Good to have (Secondary Skills?


Experience with Calypso or similar capital markets platforms.


Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or AI-assisted product and engineering tools.


Public cloud certification or hands-on delivery experience.
