We are looking for a Lead Requirements Engineer You’ll make a difference by: Mandatory (Key) Skills Requirements Management Establishing and maintaining a project's requirements framework. Requirements lifecycle management throughout a project. Supporting requirements management processes across project teams. Requirements Management Tools Deep expertise in Polarion. Ability to configure and structure projects within Polarion. Ability to align tool configuration with project needs. Requirements Writing & Quality (SMART Requirements) Understanding and application of the SMART Requirements methodology for writing high-quality requirements. Ability to create requirements that are: Specific – clearly define the required functionality, behavior, or characteristic. Measurable – include objective acceptance criteria that can be verified. Achievable – technically feasible and realistic within project constraints. Relevant – aligned to stakeholder, system, and project objectives. Testable (or Time-Bound, depending on organizational definition) – capable of validation through inspection, analysis, demonstration, or testing. Ability to identify and correct poorly written, ambiguous, conflicting, or non-testable requirements. Experience performing requirements quality reviews and ensuring compliance with organizational requirements standards. Ability to define clear acceptance criteria and verification methods for system, software, and project requirements. Understanding of requirement attributes such as clarity, completeness, consistency, uniqueness, traceability, and verifiability. Ability to mentor project teams in writing and maintaining high-quality requirements within Polarion and throughout the requirements lifecycle. V-Model Knowledge Understanding of the V-model. Ability to structure requirements and project artifacts in alignment with the V-model. Requirements Traceability Understanding of requirements traceability principles. Experience with Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) analysis. Ability to identify traceability gaps and inconsistencies. Reporting & Analysis Generating requirements-related reports. Performing coverage, gap, and consistency analysis. Stakeholder Support Supporting project teams with requirements management processes. Acting as the bridge between technical teams and Polarion capabilities. Supporting issues, enhancements, and feature requests related to requirements management.
