Astrome Technologies is on the lookout for a Lead RF Hardware Design Engineer to join our Space Division.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of cutting-edge RF hardware for our satellite communication systems.
You will play a key role in bringing innovative solutions to life, from initial concept through to final implementation.
Your expertise will guide a talented team of engineers as you tackle complex RF design challenges and contribute to advancing our technology in the space sector.

10+ years of experience in RF hardware design, specifically for space or satellite communications.
Extensive knowledge of RF system architecture and design principles.
Hands-on experience in designing, testing, and deploying RF systems in space applications.
Strong proficiency in tools for RF simulation and analysis (e.
g., ADS, HFSS).
Experience with PCB design tools (e.
g., Altium, KiCAD) for high-frequency applications.
Familiarity with RF testing equipment and methodologies, including spectrum analyzers and network analyzers.
Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex RF design issues.
A degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and present technical information to stakeholders.
