As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, You’ll be working as a highly skilled technical developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. As a developer, You’ll play a crucial role in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements, enhance user experiences, and streamline IT service management processes. If you have a deep understanding of ServiceNow scripting, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions, we invite you to join us.

As a SenServiceNow Developer , you will be responsible for:
 

• Working with ServiceNow platform, including modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, ITOM and ITAM
• Scripting ServiceNow (XML, JavaScript, Glide API, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts) and custom application development
• Designing, building, testing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, forms, notifications, and reports
• Integrating with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP / REST, email, DB connector, plugins etc.)
• Working with functional and admin teams to deliver automated workflow solutions in ServiceNow

To be successful in this role you will:
 

• Have a Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED)
• Have Minimum 8 years of development experience on ServiceNow platform with atleast 4+ years of CMDB experience
• Have Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions
• Have ability to influence and consult around all key technical decisions during project delivery
• Be able to demonstrate success in delivering solutions following ServiceNow best practices
• Have Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
• Have Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
