Tech/MSc Computer Science or other relevant fields. · Knowledge and Experience: · 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 2+ years of leading the team. · Experience in electrical domain and exposure to energy market trends is an added advantage. · Expertise in at least one major programming language (C#/Angular/Typescript) and web application development. · Strong knowledge and experience in Agile/DevOps practices. · Excellence in team leadership, communication, and partner management. · Drive a positive mindset and culture in the team. · Effectively communicate, influence, and interact with various partners..
