Job Description

Responsibilities : Provide strategic leadership in shaping and executing underwriting transformation initiatives across global insurance clients, driving innovation, operational excellence, and measurable business impact. Own the end-to-end solutioning strategy for complex, multi-tower deals involving underwriting services, including proactive proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and strategic point-of-view presentations. Define and evolve Genpact’s underwriting solution offerings by integrating domain expertise, digital capabilities, analytics, and emerging technologies to address client challenges and market shifts. Build and lead cross-functional solutioning teams—Operations, Practice, Analytics, IT, Pricing, HR, and Training—ensuring alignment, scalability, and delivery feasibility throughout the deal lifecycle. Represent Genpact’s underwriting capabilities in executive-level client engagements, workshops, and orals, influencing CXO stakeholders and shaping strategic partnerships. Analyze underwriting performance data, regulatory trends, and competitive intelligence to identify transformation opportunities and guide solution design. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution of solution initiatives. Champion thought leadership in the underwriting space through analyst engagements, industry forums, and marketing initiatives, positioning Genpact as a market leader. Drive innovation by continuously scanning the market for emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and evolving client needs, translating insights into actionable solution strategies.
