The Role You’ll Play
A role in Learning and Leadership Development is an opportunity to define the strategy and drive the execution of capability development
programs for our people across Accenture. You will partner with senior leaders and business sponsors globally to design and deliver
innovative learning experiences that will help build skills needed for today and tomorrow.
At the Senior Manager level, you will lead a large-scale capability area, team and/or work effort, partner with senior level business leaders to
advise and facilitate learning investment decision-making, and define approaches to critical learning programs. Your decisions have a lasting
impact on your area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility. You will make this happen leveraging the
team around you, as well as by working across a network of teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business, HR, and Talent sponsors to understand talent development needs, and advise on the learning approach
(e.g., build/buy approach) for a particular capability / set of capabilities across Accenture

Intake new capability needs, validate the desired business outcomes, bring the right team members together, effectively
leverage existing/repeatable solutions where appropriate, and determine the best overall solution
•
Drive the capability learning strategy to support key business goals using a data-driven approach focused on achieving the
desired performance metrics / OKRs for a particular capability / set of capabilities
Partner closely with partners in Learning, HR, and the business to ensure that learning strategies and products meet the needs
of the Services and Markets / Market Units
• Own and shape short- and long-term capability development strategies and development roadmaps
• Lead a team and be accountable for their management, engagement, and quality of service delivery
Accountable for the annual and quarterly budget and financials, ensuring the learning investment is on target and being used

Job Qualifications
Basic qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of learning advisory experience (requirement gathering, and solutioning), client relationship management
experience, and global team management
• Excellent communication skills
• Critical thinking and solutioning
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5 years of learning strategy experience, development of innovative learning solutions, problem-solving experience,
influencing others, and financial planning and budgeting experience
Professional Skill Requirements:
• Deep learning and domain expertise
• Strong executive presence, and superb stakeholder management skills across all responsibilities.
• Excellent leadership and management skills
