You will lead a Centre of Excellence (COE) team, comprising S+N staff and external partners, dedicated to the end-to-end management and introduction of a suite of S+N Low Code based business applications. What will you be doing?
- Your primary responsibilities will be responsible for the introduction, management and continual improvement of Low Code application, working with business and domain specific personnel across R&D, QRA, Global Operations, Commercial, Compliance, Information Security and Quality business areas.
- Demand Management with establishing, facilitating and leading partner discussions and understanding digitization requirements.
- Cost Management to understanding budgetary limitations and being responsible for balance with costs to develop, test, deploy and maintain applications.
- Organizational Change activities to engagement with partners to define and cost crucial change in context with current functional scope of applications.
- Upgrade Planning activities related with ensuring Low Code applications are operating using stable and current versions of software and related IDE technologies.
- Support Transition activities related to transition of completed and released applications into normal support activities liaising and working with S+N preferred partners.
- SOX/GXP Management activities ensuring quality management processes are considered, understood and included during application development work e.g., related to specific non-functional requirement inclusion related to GXP or SOX regulation.
What will you need to be successful?
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or equivalent experience or a relevant field.
- Any of the below certifications will be welcome: Accreditation with one of the industry recognized Service Management and/or Programme Management certifications.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in a similar role including exposure to service management, programme management, low code techniques and enterprise integration.
- Expertise in a range of application architecture technologies both on-premises and cloud based. Experience with Business Process Automation (BPA) and Rapid Application Development (RAD) techniques.
- Interacting and presenting to senior leadership, Thinking strategically and persuading and implementing a said strategy.
- Data and data integration security, designing systems for security, security principles. Knowledge of API/integration principles, patterns and standard methodologies.
- Knowledge of common regulatory requirements in Financial and Medical Device Manufacturing industry including GDPR, SOX & GXP.
- Understanding of cloud concepts including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and iPaaS. Extensive experience delivering solutions using agile methodology.
- Leadership: Ability to set expectations with business partners and efficiently leverage governance for a positive business partner experience.
- Superb communication, collaboration, and relationship building and collaborator engagement skills.
