Experience 3 to 5 years.Troubleshooting machine breakdowns in Injection molding & Utility. Maintain documentation of maintenance like PM Plan, PM Calendar, PM check Sheet, Breakdown slip, B/D logbook, M/C History card.Preventive maintenance of Plant & Utility machines. Daily MIS report and Down time report. Imparting continuous on job training to the subordinates to enhance their operational efficiencies.Imparting in safety trainings and operations. Team handling of 3 members. 5S implementation and maintain. Spare control & availability of spares. Handling Utility Operations like Air compressor, Chiller, cooling tower, water treatment. Experience in machine handling of IMM L&T, Toshiba, Haitian, D&M TKC, MilacronELC oil Filtration, MTC, Oven, Annealing tanks, Hopper dryer, EOT craneGranulator & Mixer Machine Etc.
