Job Description

Candidate is responsible for all the Order Execution activities, process oriented and broad thinking. Additionally, responsibilities include managing the process, leading the projects, strong knowledge of supply chain process and market behaviour. Ensure performance objectives are met, building positive employee relations, and building leadership bench strength within the fulfilment Centre.


Reporting directly to the Senior Manager. 


 Responsibilities 


1.       Contact customer and understand the issues in detail in case of any ambiguity.


2.       Train our Stake holders on any process change that involves them. 


3.       Special attention to VIP and Mirror customers


4.       Plan preventive measure for the transactional errors from time to time.


5.       Update the customer regarding Order booking related change, Organization updates wherever needed.


6.       Escalate to Top management based on customer sentiments and ensure providing the resolution to customer


7.       Identify the needs and expectations of the internal stakeholders and appropriately act on the same


8.       Identify Risk / Opportunity of every interaction / transaction and prepare mitigation plan against the same


9.       Participate in review and present the Target Vs. Actual against KPIs and TAT.


10.    Working with SD module (ECC/CRM) in SAP.


11.    Responsible for end-to-end customer support, order creation at the committed time and fulfilment. 


12.    Expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and (Optional- Salesforce)


13.    Support Customers on Calls/ E-Mails / Chat


14.    Coordinate with Various Internal Team for E2E order / Delivery as per customer request


Coordinate with Stakeholders for order execution16.    Support the customer/ Internal sales in all the Pre & Post sales Order related queries and take it to resolution


17.    Should be able to work in shifts as per the schedule allotted.


18.    Drive Creation of quality initiatives, process change and other lean initiatives to enable their functional area and ultimately the goals to meet and exceed business requirements.


19.    Work closely with marketing, GSC, plant and other stake holders for execute the assigned task.


Preferred Experience 


5+ years’ experience in operation management, process improvement & supply chain process.


Experience with a contingent workforce during peak hours.


Interest in Long term Career Development preferred qualifications.


Preferred Qualification.


Degree from Reputed university, MBA in supply chain, marketing, and operation management. 


Certification in SAP or any tools*
