About the Role: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive implementation and execution for paid ad channels of Leap Scholar. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, executing, and monitoring the marketing campaigns across Facebook and Google.
The charter will include of:- Execute paid social campaigns across Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc. to meet and exceed new customer acquisition goals.
- Own end-to-end management of paid social channels from campaign and ad creation to daily optimisations, budget adjustments
- Gather insights on creative performance and create a feedback loop with the brand team to improve future iterations and net-new content.
- Drive A/B testing plans to continually improve ad copy and creative, bidding strategies, landing pages, targeting, etc
- Stay on top of industry trends and regulations in the paid social space and ensure LeapScholar adapts to trends proactively
Must have skills:- 3-7 years experience working on paid social channels like - Google, Facebook, etc. preferably in the EdTech space or within a fast paced startup.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and other SEM tools.
- Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Exceptional communication and collaborative skills, capable of effectively liaising with cross-functional teams.
