We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager – ServCo Reporting.


Principal responsibilities


Providing regular business and strategic insights through self-driven cost forensics and enabling decision making


  • Demonstrates inclusive behavior, valuing diversity and recognizing the importance of looking after entity Cost
  • Preparation of MI Pack for ServCo entities reflecting the financial performance of the entity which gets delivered to ExCO
  • Preparation of the Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) is a qualitative and quantitative articulation of the ServCo’s risk appetite. The qualitative statement sets out the high-level narrative of the ServCo’s appetite for specific risk types, while the quantitative statement sets out the metrics and corresponding thresholds through which risk appetite is measured and monitored.
  • Preparation of cash flow statement & balance sheet and the projections, KPI’s, aged debts with comments
  • Communicates openly and honestly and conveys information in simple and understandable ways to build trusting relationships
  • Analyze and provide commentaries for the monthly financials along with FRP, Budgeting and Forecasting including reviews
  • Analyze the books and prepare Journals for forecast, FRP & Forecast/Target changes
  • Working with business/function to identify opportunities to simplify current operating model/ structure (review and challenge) and align with Group simplification and cost reduction strategy.
  • Liaise with Senior Business Stakeholders in Business Finance and wider GFOC teams to ensure support is provided per requirements. This includes Financial Controller, ServCo Group, Risk team and Functions team
  • Focuses on their customers/stakeholders/colleagues, to understand, respond to and anticipate entities changing needs and plan
