Ready to join a great global team as a Manager of Product Management Specialists?

• You are responsible to lead the Product Management Specialist team who will support the Product Managers and the business (Sales, Business Development, KAMs) of Packaging Adhesive in Asia, Europe, India, Middle, East, Africa and Americas.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders of different functions (Purchasing, Product Development, Sales, KAM, Business Heads) globally.
• Strive for cross-collaboration between the regions and SBUs.
• Drive a culture for continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovation and efficiency.
• Secure that deliverables meet the quality standards and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Coach, mentor and provide feedback to your team members and support them in their professional growth and development.
• Responsible for steering of the Product Life Cycle (Phase-In, Maintenance, Phase-Out) of the Packaging product portfolio.
• Analyze the product costs and product price deviations, identify reasons and proactively find measures to enhance/correct
• Facilitation of Cost of Goods meetings and follow-up on agreed actions.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, business or pricing is required.
• Successfully completed a university degree in economics or equivalent.
• Preferably a master’s in marketing and/or MBA. Bachelor’s degree in chemical/technical discipline is advantageous, but not required.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated, pro-active, open-minded team player with a growth mindset.
• High leadership skills to manage a diverse, qualified team.
• High communication skills and interact with senior management.
• Open minded for transformation and for identifying new ways of working.
• Experience and skills and business intelligence (BI) and/or analytic tools.
