The Manager, Strategy will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the strategy team. By leading a team of analysts in India, this individual is responsible for mentoring and developing talent, overseeing strategic projects, and providing critical analytical insights that support our overall mission. The incumbent is expected to blend leadership with hands-on analytical expertise, driving both team and business success through innovative strategies, data-driven decision-making, and effective storytelling.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Lead and Mentor the Analyst Team: Directs the analyst team's daily operations, fostering a culture of psychological safety, continuous improvement, and professional development. The goal is to enhance team capabilities and drive high performance.
  • Strategic Analysis and Insight Generation: Conducts in-depth strategic analyses, utilizing advanced analytics and financial modeling to generate actionable insights that support the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Project Management and Leadership: Oversees the execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This involves project planning, resource allocation, and delivery within timelines and budgets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engages with stakeholders and project owners to communicate strategic insights and progress. Facilitates effective collaboration across departments to align on strategic initiatives.
  • Professional Development and Training: Develops and implements training programs for the analyst team, enhancing their analytical, strategic, planning, and communication skills. The aim is to continuously elevate the team's expertise and effectiveness.
  • Performance Management: Conducts regular performance reviews and provides ongoing and constructive feedback to team members. Identifies development opportunities and implements strategies to address performance gaps.
  • Innovation and Process Improvement: Identifies opportunities for process improvements and leads initiatives to implement digital transformation and automation solutions. This role aims to streamline operations and enhance analytical capabilities.
  • Strategic Planning Contribution: Contributes to the organization's strategic planning process, providing data-driven insights and recommendations. This includes participating in setting strategic goals and evaluating potential business impacts.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Works closely with other departments to ensure strategic projects are integrated and aligned with overall business objectives. Promotes a collaborative culture that supports organizational success.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrates adaptability in managing changing priorities and project needs. Ensures the team remains agile and responsive to evolving business requirements.
  • Hybrid Schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days in office
  • 30-day notification period preferred 

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field Experience in a strategic consulting environment, with a proven track record of leading and developing analytical teams.
  • Direct experience in strategic planning, financial modeling, and/or business strategy execution.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both junior analysts and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in digital transformation and business process improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • MBA
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions, financial planning, and analysis
  • Proficiency in project management and coordination across global teams
