The Lead – Erection – Site is responsible for the planning, supervision, coordination, and execution of all structural erection activities at the project site. The role ensures adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines, while managing teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders for smooth erection operations.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES


Plan and supervise erection of structural elements such as steel components, precast elements, equipment supports, and heavy assemblies at site.



Interpret erection drawings, GFCs, and erection sequencing plans to guide the execution team.



Ensure all erection activities comply with structural design, method statements, and safety standards.



Coordinate with design, planning, and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of erection drawings, components, tools, and equipment.



Supervise deployment and performance of erection teams including riggers, fitters, welders, and crane operators.
