Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of test engineering experts to define and manage testing scope, approach, resources, and schedules.
  • Implement and maintain industry-standard testing processes to ensure product quality and readiness.
  • Collaborate with product managers, test developers, and stakeholders to align testing activities with project timelines.
  • Communicate risks, progress, and issues proactively to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Drive preventive maintenance and resource allocation for test systems to minimize downtime and ensure availability.
  • Enhance tester capacity through effective resource management and optimization initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor team members, promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee budget management and resource allocation across multiple engineering projects.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics)
  • 15+ years of experience in test engineering or validation roles
  • 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams
  • Familiar with test methodologies and quality systems
  • Experience with test automation and modern toolchains
  • Experience in recycling and defect management
  • Skilled in risk assessment and mitigation strategies

Nice-To-Have:


  • Good understanding of RF knowledge and instruments


  • Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration in a global setting
  • Capability to implement continuous improvement initiatives
