Your responsibilities:
The I&C Marketing and Sales Manager is responsible for the full PMM and Regional Sales Activities for the I&C portfolio across APMEA under the HUB Marketing & Sales Manager team and in continuous contact with the APMEA and Import factories
Contributions should deliver operational and mid / long term results in terms of Orders, Order GM%, Market Share, Customer Satisfaction and employee engagement and development.
The performance metrics will balance the need to equally serve the business, our customers and lead / develop our people.
The I&C Marketing and Sales Manager should ideally have sufficient technical expertise in the BU Transformers Insulation and Components Product Line portfolio for all market sectors.
Drive the APMEA I&C Sales and Marketing activities for both APMEA Supply Factories and Import Factories across the HUB
Cover APMEA and not only the hosted country market
Feed the Hub with customer feedback as well as strategic marketing inputs to support the market analysis validation and competitive landscape, heat maps, in coordination with Global Product Marketing Managers
Ideally the I&C Marketing and Sales Manager will have to follow a structured market plan by country combining the technical info gathered with customers while deploying a strategic overview mindset
Lead and coach a team of PMM’s & Sales Managers

Your background:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering. A Master’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering is a plus.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in technical department (Electrical Engineering or Design) and/or Product Marketing, Sales and Business development in the assigned sector(s) and preferably associated with transformer businesses
The person in this role should have S&M Leadership competencies and adequate technical skills to be able to drive value based selling and profitable growth across HUB APMEA.
There is a strong preference for a solid background or at least a proven experience within the technical discipline of Insulation and Components.
Intercultural sensitiveness is required, with good communication skills in oral and written
Experience in change management, coaching, motivating, and developing diverse technical teams
Be willing to travel ~25%
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
