Materials Management Analyst II

The purpose of having this role is planning of materials orders, maintenance and control of planning parameters, planning of demand and deliveries and purchasing of inter-company materials. This role is Implementing material planning, inter-company material purchasing, and inventory control to ensure correct supply levels for operation. Need to the liaison of cross functions and internal stakeholders, such as production planning, operations, and quality.


Key Responsibilities


·Responsible for maintaining proper inventory to fulfill demand requirements.


·Work with Production Scheduler team to provide support on emergencies orders as well as introduction of new products/PIPO.


·Maintain purchased parts (material/item master) and MRP profiles to ensure the integrity of the SAP Production and Capacity Modules are fully utilized for Purchased products.


·Prepare purchase requisitions, approve and issues purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions


·Manage NPI/PIPO and transition projects


·Item PFEP and IOS analysis


·Track Purchasing activity and measurements.


·Correctionof discrepancies with quantity, documentation and quality for orders


·Adhere to all Honeywell requirements as it regards to purchasing, inventory.


·Identify and implement process improvements


·Participate in monthly SIOP review meetings


·Provide data analysis and escalations


·Monitor supply and demand imbalances and communication/escalations


YOU MUST HAVE


·High School Diploma


·Minimum 3 year of Manufacturing Operations or Supply Chain experience


WE VALUE


·Bachelor’s degree


·Experience with MRP/ERP Systems


·Knowledge and or experience in Servigistics


·Ability to lead process improvements


·Knowledge in Six Sigma or Lean


·Ability to work independently and take direction from others


·Strong experience in materials management


·Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate


·Proficient in Microsoft applications


·SIOP knowledge


·Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills
