Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Project Site Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with workers, overseeing maintenance activities, generating reports, and effectively communicating with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise daily activities at project sites to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project timelines.
  
• Oversee the work of on-site personnel, including technicians and laborers, to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and identify any maintenance needs.
  
• Generate reports detailing project progress, issues encountered, and solutions implemented.
  
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address any technical challenges or deviations from project plans.
  
• Interact with customers to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
  
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to procure materials and services required for project execution.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
  
• Provide training and guidance to site personnel as needed to enhance productivity and skill development.
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization and implementing efficiency measures.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
  
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with team members, customers, and vendors.
  
• Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions under pressure.
  
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and construction practices.
  
• Prior experience in a similar role or internship experience preferred, but not required.
