Program Evaluation:
Assess program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Community Engagement:
Represent Montessori program and engage with the broader community.
Administrative Duties: Manage budget, resources, and compliance.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on Montessori best practices for ongoing enhancement.
Crisis Management: Provide leadership during challenging situations.
Qualifications:
Montessori training
or certification (e.g., AMI, AMS) or degree in Early Childhood Education is must.
Previous experience
in early childhood education, preferably with knowledge of the Montessori
approach.
Strong grasp of child
development principles, Montessori philosophy, and developmentally appropriate
practices.
Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
