Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and enhance solutions on Newgen OmniOMS aligned to business workflows and operational requirements.
* Build and configure process flows, case lifecycles, forms, validations, business rules, and user roles/permissions within the platform.
* Implement integrations with external systems using APIs/web services and ensure secure, reliable data exchange.
* Translate functional requirements into technical designs, estimates, and implementation plans for 3-5 years experience-level delivery ownership.
* Perform unit testing, support SIT/UAT, troubleshoot defects, and drive fixes through to production readiness.
* Optimize performance, ensure maintainability, and follow coding/configuration standards and documentation practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment, timely delivery, and smooth handover to support/operations.
* Contribute to AI-enabled automation use cases by identifying opportunities for intelligent routing, classification, and decision support within workflows.

Technical Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
* Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA.
* 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing/configuring solutions using Newgen OmniOMS.
* Working knowledge of workflow/case management concepts, process modeling, and end-to-end delivery practices.
* Experience with integrations (APIs/web services) and strong troubleshooting skills across environments.
* Ability to create clear technical documentation and collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
