Responsibilities:
- Scrutiny of Import documents as per Custom Compliance
- Checked the Invoice as per EC point and apply for EC/ Regular follow up till EC get released from DGH
- On receipt of EC send email confirmation to customer for booking of cargo
- Once the pre-alert document recd from customer contains invoice /AWB checked with EC as well as with Packing list and any discrepancies found same to be inform to Clients
- Share the documents and forward to respective department for checklist preparation /filing BOE with customs and do follow up.
- Arrange to put up the necessary documents to customs for clearance process and ensure the clearance as per KPI set.
- Once BOE assessment completed, Coordinate and Informed to Customer and plan for clearance /dispatch and coordinate with Transport department.
- Follow up for PCD Documents and arrange to send the same to client within KPI set by Customer.
- Maintain Daily Status Report and share with client on daily basis.
- Escalate the issues/delays timely within BDP and with Client as and when required to ensure meet KPI.
- Guide EC team as an when required.
- Timely and prompt communication with Clients
- Preparation of Clients KPI reports.
Academic Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of relevant experience from Custom clearance background, EC background.
- Good communication, Interpersonal skills.
Knowledge/ Skills
- Result oriented and target driven professional.
- Strong problem-solving and out of box thinking skills.
- Adaptability and go getter attitude.
- Logysis/Visual Impex – Custom software
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
