There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.

As a Performance Engineer, a typical day involves investigating and resolving complex performance challenges that have not been addressed by the internal performance testing team. The role encompasses a broad spectrum of activities including analyzing software development processes, evaluating system architecture, validating performance through rigorous testing, planning for capacity needs, and managing application performance. Additionally, the role requires identifying and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal system functionality and reliability across various stages of the software lifecycle, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the technology environment.

- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align performance goals with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and system architecture principles.
- Experience in performance testing methodologies and validation techniques.
- Ability to conduct capacity planning and resource optimization.
- Skilled in application performance management and problem detection.
- Competence in diagnosing and resolving complex performance issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
