Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance test strategies, plans, and scripts.

  
  

• Design workload models and performance scenarios for enterprise applications.

  
  

• Create and maintain performance scripts using Azure Load Testing, Apache JMeter, Stress Stimulus (where applicable)

  
  

• Execute load, stress, endurance, spike, and scalability testing.

  
  

• Monitor application, API, database, and infrastructure performance metrics.

  
  

• Identify performance bottlenecks and collaborate with engineering teams for optimization.

  
  

• Prepare detailed performance test reports with analysis, observations, and recommendations.

  
  

• Integrate performance execution into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.

  
  

• Support capacity planning and performance governance initiatives.

  
  

• Log and track performance defects/issues in Azure DevOps.

  
  

• Participate in release readiness and production risk assessments.

  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Must have 6 to 8 years of experience in performance testing.

  
  

• Strong experience in Performance Engineering, Load & Stress Testing, Scalability Testing, Performance Analysis & Tuning

  
  

• Experience working with enterprise-scale applications.

  
  

• Hands-on expertise in Azure Load Testing, Apache JMeter, Performance monitoring tools, Azure DevOps (ADO)

  
  

• Understanding of API, Middleware, and distributed system performance.

  
  

• Expertise in Web technologies, REST APIs , SQL queries and database performance, Cloud performance testing concepts

  
  

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

  
  

• Good communication and stakeholder reporting skills.

  
  

• Ability to work in complex enterprise delivery environments.

  
  

• Experience in D365 ecosystem performance testing.

  
  

• Experience in cloud-native performance testing on Azure.

  
  

• Exposure to AI-enabled applications and Copilot ecosystem.

  
  

Educational qualification:

• BE, BTech, BCA, BSc (IT) MCA, MBA (IT) and MSc(IT)

  
  

Experience :

• 6 - 8 years of experience
