Deliver internal customer requirements as per agreed Service Level Agreement (timeliness, accuracy, quality, etc.).
Transfer pricing for Imported parts (compliance / representation / advisory)
Price audits w.r.t sales price, discount updation.
Analyze competitor pricing, assess market shares & margins and identify pricing opportunities.
Deliver informed decisions about the appropriate price points for various products based on the analysis of internal and external data.
Develop & maintain pricing tools to enable leveraging dynamic pricing opportunities.
Identify area for improvement in existing tools.
Translate data into actionable strategies.
Develop and maintain knowledge repositories that captures qualitative and quantitative reports.
Comply to all Bosch operating procedures as per legal / IT / HR requirements.
Stakeholder Management: Organize and conduct negotiations between cross functional teams to solve conflict of external factors affecting KPI targets.
Process Management & Documentation: Supervise and direct the price management process developed by team members applicable for Mobility Aftermarket to maintain operational efficiency.
Technology Integration: Coordinate between cross functional to team for master data integration for the seamless execution and integration of digital projects.
Dynamic, self-driven individual to steer the pricing and process landscapes with passion for transformation through technology and process in a fast paced business environment.
Basic experience in pricing management or related roles with graduation in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
Knowledge of pricing strategies, competitive analysis, and market dynamics are added advantage.
Competency in project management.
