We are looking for seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in working closely with customer care and support business functions.
Job responsibilities include :
- Responsible for designing , implementing, and maintaining enterprise IT projects on Salesforce Service cloud platform
- Gathering requirements from business users.
- Working with Architects and technical leads to transform and develop design and solution documents.
- Drive UAT Demo Sessions with Business teams.
- Assist with development of test scripts and coordinate test efforts for Post-sprint testing, UAT, Regression testing etc.
- Ensure issues are identified, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Serve as a primary liaison between the business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Perform project management and manage IT and business-related communications.
- Partner cross functionally with business application owners to ensure Service application, portals and data management processes are smooth and well connected.
- Lead discussions and investigations regarding new Salesforce platform features and functionality, contribute to recommendations for process improvements and keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements.
- Provide inputs into the IT project Roadmap, implementation of new functionality and major upgrades.
- Keep updated with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices related to Professional and Education Services Success business functions.
