Where You’ll Make a Difference


  • Troubleshoot process problems by addressing operational issues to ensure smooth and efficient production and identify and develop process changes to enhance operating reliability, product quality, and resource efficiency.


  • Evaluate Process Changes and New Equipment by determine requirements for measurement accuracy for plant instruments and equipment, work with quality control notifications to find the root cause and define activities to eliminate the probability of recurrence.


  • Develop and Implement Control Mechanisms by improve the reliability and efficiency of plant operations, ensure all changes, new processes, and equipment comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO, Identify and resolve bottlenecks in plant operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Process, Process safety, Productivity and efficiency,


  • Drive continuous improvement, contribute to product, and process optimization and other quality and regulatory standards. 


  • Collaborate with Quality to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and food safety regulations.


  • Design, install, and start up new processing or packaging equipment and systems.


  • Monitor and analyze food production processes to improve efficiency, yield, and product quality.


  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and cost savings.


  • Collect and analyze production and process data; prepare reports and actionable recommendations.


What Makes You the Right Fit


  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or any other relevant discipline.


  • Minimum 3 to 6 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation.


  • Proven experience of 3+ years in plant production processes and process engineering working with SAP ERP system.


  • Experience with Management of Change Process including subset reviews including PSM, Process Hazard Analysis.


  • Experience with internal non-conformance reviews to define root cause analysis (CAPA) and achieve first-time right batches.


  • Strong technical competence and data-driven decision-making skills.


  • Knowledge of process safety management and a strong safety mindset.


  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in international, cross-functional teams.


  • Willing to travel as required.

  • Working with strong process engineering capabilities & Process safety understanding,


  • Performing data analysis using Microsoft Excel including utilizing pivot tables and macros.


  • Working with Six Sigma methodology.


  • Experience in capital project investment and project management.
