An Ideal Candidate:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Supply Chain Management.
  • 14–20 years of procurement experience in datacenters, commercial buildings, or large infrastructure projects.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office tools.
  • Knowledge of taxation, import procedures, and contract management is a plus.

Key Competencies:



  • Drive procurement for non-IT categories: civil works, MEP systems, HVAC, electrical equipment, building materials, facility services, etc.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and maintain a strong vendor base.
  • Float RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, and finalize purchase orders/contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure value for money.
  • Ensure procurement activities align with project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with project, engineering, and operations teams for requirement finalization.
  • Track vendor performance, maintain records, and ensure contractual compliance.
  • Stay updated on market trends, price fluctuations, and new supplier capabilities.
  • Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Support procurement reporting and maintain accurate documentation in ERP systems.
