  • Knowledge of content design, content strategy, user experience design, and design tools such as Figma.
  • Working with content operations and management experts to ensure content is created, published, and maintained efficiently.
  • Gaining empathy for your audience, including data scientists, business analysts, and developers, and learn to understand the work they need to do and the tools and environment they are in.
  • Advocating for the end user and collaborating closely with product management, product design, product engineering, support, other content-producing organizations, such as marketing and sales partners.
  • Advocating for content design not just for delivering copy, but also for providing strategic insights about customer goals, business collaboration, taxonomy, information architecture, and other strategic product and design contributions.
  • Growing as a writer and communicator, staying on top of trends and learning new technology and concepts.
  • Juggling multiple projects involving complex technologies. Respond to changing scope and schedules.
