Purpose of the role:

As a Product Manager within Migrations Product, you will be responsible for defining a highly strategic part of the organization and have the opportunity to shape and influence the largest priority at RateGain, to move our RezGain customers to UNO. The Migrations Product Team defined by “You” will be at the center of a historic transformation for RateGain and our customers to help unlock the value of 360 degrees Hotel Distribution Stack for our entire customer base, and at the same time transform RateGain's position in the market as end-to-end Hotel Distribution business solution provider, ultimately, accelerating the growth of the entire company.


This is a migration for a legacy that RataGain as a market leader has built in its two decades of Channel Manager business.


What you’ll do


  • Partner with the RateGain CSO & UNO SPM to define the roadmap for an important area of the migration’s product transformation!
  • Identify new opportunities for UNO to make the transition more streamlined for our customers.
  • Be a subject matter expert within RateGain on the needs of our migration customers.
  • Work directly with design and engineering to ship fabulous products/ Features while having a customer focus.
  • Partner with our GTM (Sales & Customer Success) teams to ensure we are enabling them to unlock migrations for our customers and partner network.
  • Make a large impact across our product family and influence thousands of customers for decades to come!

  • The ability to distill abstract challenges into strategy and break that down into a cohesive plan that empowers teams to turn problems into user and RateGain success.
  • The technical know-how is a must to partner with engineering to work on the roadmap you define.
  • The ability to tell a compelling story at the right level to inspire any audience, internal first and then external.
Qualification Summary
Education: B.Tech/MBA from Tier 1 college
Experience: 5+ years of experience with a minimum of 3+ years of Core Technology product experience with an understanding of Enterprise Software
