Job Description

Lead the execution of enterprise-wide programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, stakeholder expectations, and delivery timelines. Manage cross-functional teams across business and technology units, driving collaboration, accountability, and program success. Oversee program governance, including risk management, budget control, and executive reporting, to ensure transparency and informed decision-making. Engage with senior stakeholders to define program scope, success metrics, and change management strategies. Drive continuous improvement by identifying delivery bottlenecks, implementing best practices, and leveraging digital tools for program tracking. Mentor project managers and workstream leads, fostering program management capabilities and leadership development. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks across all program activities.
