The role in Fulfillment Experience (FEX) team leads critical configuration management and launch operations across Amazon's India network. The position is responsible for managing FC enablement and configurations across multiple portals (TCAP, CORA, TRB, Load Balancer/Ledger, Euler) for approximately 40 sites. The role oversees implementation of FOS configurations, Lagrange updates and managing ~1500 monthly SIMs that directly impact network flow paths, transfer operations, and CPT risks. Additionally, the position manages TRB thresholds and ship-method capping implementations affecting customer promise strategy and FT speeds.
The role needs to demonstrate ability to: (i) be an SME in FC launch processes and configuration management across multiple platforms and networks, (ii) prepare and maintain comprehensive SOPs and documentation for critical processes, (iii) manage complex stakeholder relationships across INFC, SME, Flow-control, Inventory and S&OP teams, and (iv) use deep understanding of business context to drive process improvements and reduce TRB risks and improve speed.
