We are looking for a passionate and experienced Delivery Lead who would join us in this AGILE journey of developing Automated Driving systemsThe Delivery Lead is expected tosupport individual teams, helping them to optimize their way of working and leading them to become a high performance team.Your job demands -

• Hands on experience as a Delivery Lead for Data Driven Development projects (mandatory)
• Experience as a Scrum Master (mandatory)
• Exposure to concepts in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/Deep Learning along with Data Engineering(mandatory)
• Hands on Experience in all areas of scrum practices that includes Prioritizing Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Task Estimation for Sprints, Tracking the Sprint Tasks, Sprint Retrospect, Sprint Metrics & Reporting
• Good exposure in project coordination - keeping in line with the product roadmap and planning timely deliveries. Conducting timely meetings.
• Good exposure to project management tools eg. JIRA,Confluence,Bitbucket or equivalent
• Ensuring quality deliverables
• Experience in Stakeholder engagement, negotiation, team management
• Effective Communication skillsYou will be working closely with a focused group of AI/ML/DL/Computer Vision and Data engineers in a data based development cycle and managing the team to work effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Atleast a Bachelors or Masters of Engineering in Computer sciences,Electrical sciences or related areas.
• Experience
• Overall experience in software industry - 10+ years
• Relevant experience as a teamleadfor Data Driven Development projects(Data Engineering for Computer Vision/AI/ML/DL) - 3+ years
• Relevant experience as a scrum master in commercially delivered/series production Data Engineeringprojects - 2+ years
• A Scrum master certification
• You have an Agile mindset
