The project:
This will be a unique and possibly India’s largest hotel development. It will include two hotels - one a luxury hotel and the second a business hotel. In addition to conference facilities in both hotels, the development will also have commercial/office space.

Supports projects to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality requirements. Coordinating with all relevant parties to understand and deliver project objectives set out in the project plans.
You’ll be responsible for:
Collaborating with clients, architects, and horticulture experts to understand project objectives, requirements, and constraints.
Developing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Creating horticultural designs, layouts, and irrigation systems for various projects, such as gardens, parks, landscapes, or greenhouses.
Ensuring designs meet environmental and sustainability standards.
Conducting feasibility studies and analyzing site conditions to determine appropriate plant selection and maintenance practices.
Evaluating and selecting suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
Managing inventory and ensuring the availability of materials throughout the project.
Overseeing the implementation of horticultural projects, including site preparation, planting, irrigation system installation, and landscaping.
Coordinating and supervising contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, and timelines.
Conducting regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
Monitoring plant growth, health, and maintenance activities. Identify and resolve any issues or deviations from the project plan.
Communicating and collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to provide progress updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
Preparing project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, progress reports, and final project reports.
Maintaining accurate records of project activities, expenses, and approvals.
You’ll need to have:
Degree qualification in horticulture, agricultural engineering, or a related field.
Experience in leading hospitality projects across the complete construction stage till handover of the project.
