Job Description
  • Manage pipelines of new business opportunities in Airports, Metros, Ports, Roads and Highways, Area, and Urban Planning in National and International market. 


  • Developing relationships with Government Clients and generating leads to tap opportunities at initial stage in market.  


  • Presales interaction with potential clients, understanding their needs, Meeting business delegation & delivering capability presentation. 


  • Critically evaluating RFPs for project Prequalification and other terms to fulfil the requirements for project proposal. 


  • Identification of companies to form JV/Alliance for potential business opportunities in targeted global market. 


  • Identification of competitive advantages and ensuring submission of fully complied Proposals and Expression of Interest Documents (EOIs) 


  •  Develop profiles of key experts as per requirements of the RFP.  


  • Maintaining strong relationships with associates/ technical team and helping to impactful approach and methodology for the project proposals.  


  • Developing and delivering formal presentations to Government officials, clients, and potential teaming partners.  


  • Preparation of Contract documents using best practice in consultation with legal dept and Finalize with the stakeholders. 


  • Documentation management  


  • Strong time management / prioritisation skills. 


  • Strong written English language skills.
