About the position...


The QA Lead should be exceptionally organised and methodical, with the necessary experience to ensure good quality, accuracy, security, and safety. The resource is responsible for ensuring that service meets the IRM standards of quality, including reliability, usability, and performance needs.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE...


  • Responsible for functional testing.
  • QA experience will be added advantage
  • 5 years of testing experience, including 3 years in automated testing.
  • Knowledge of any ECM system will be a plus
  • Experience in Agile development methodology and Scrum
  • Scripts/implementation
  • Familiarise yourself with DevOps tools like Git, GitLab, Maven, Jenkins, and Ansible.
  • Experience with defect tracking tools such as QC, JIRA, and Bugzilla.
  • Understanding of the software testing life cycle and QA methodologies.
  • Skilled in designing test automation frameworks.
  • Experienced in assessing test automation feasibility and developing test automation plans and strategies.
  • Proficient in working with clients, stakeholders, and business analysts to understand and implement requirements.
  • Knowledgeable in web service automation.
  • Strong debugging skills.
  • Understanding of SQL commands.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in mentoring and assisting team members with issues and concerns.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, Master’s in Business or Computer Science or equivalent (preferable)
