  • Develop and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP) as per project requirements
  • Review method statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and technical documents
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure work complies with drawings and specifications
  • Check and approve incoming materials and workmanship quality
  • Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, and third parties
  • Identify and report non-conformities (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions
  • Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements
  • Support internal and external quality audits
  • Monitor testing and commissioning activities
  • Communicate quality issues with project teams and stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality processes and practices
  • Prepare and update quality control procedures and checklists
  • Review engineering drawings and ensure compliance with specifications
  • Monitor construction activities to maintain required quality standards
  • Verify calibration of testing equipment and measuring instruments
  • Conduct material inspections and ensure proper storage and handling
  • Ensure all work follows approved method statements and safety protocols
  • Witness site tests (concrete, welding, NDT, etc.) and validate results
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure quality of supplied materials
