Your role will also include overseeing, supervising, and reviewing tasks performed by team members to ensure effective execution of work; managing end-to-end processes and projects for both internal and external clients with responsibility for timely and accurate delivery; issuing clear instructions and guidance to team members on assigned tasks; and mentoring and guiding junior colleagues to support their skill development, professional growth, and overall success.

Managing Day to day Plant Quality Process as below.
1. Incoming quality control supervision.
2. Managing Assembly/Process Quality.
3. SMT operation, Quality monitoring and review.
4. Communication and follow ups with supplier for incoming Quality related CA/PA
5. Quality Metrics reports.
6. Leading RMA activities for both Mfg. & BTS.
7. Leading Six Sigma green belt projects.
8. Site champion for BIQ Audit.
9. Managing and controlling process rejections.
10. Continuous improvement of product and process.
11. Review and documentation of required Documents for ISO: 9001:2015 Audits (Internal & External Audits)
12. Works with CFT for product and Process Improvements.
13. SPOC for site Poka-Yoke event being driven by BA.
14. Carrying RCA and making reports for field return samples.
15. Managing Calibration activities of MME’s.
16. Team training for External Quality circle presentation.
17. NPI- samples review and reporting
