An Ideal Candidate:



Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.



Experience in manufacturing, automotive, heavy engineering, or industrial equipment industries.



Knowledge of quality control processes and inspection techniques.



Key Competencies:



Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.



Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products against specifications and quality standards.



Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.



Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Dial Gauges, and CMM (if applicable).



Identify, document, and report non-conforming products and quality issues.



Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of manufactured parts.



Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.



Coordinate with production and manufacturing teams to resolve quality concerns.



Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer specifications, and company quality procedures.



Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).



Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality.



Support internal and external quality audits.



Ensure adherence to workplace safety and quality policies.
