Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for all senior management reporting, collating monthly dashboards, presenting progress to leadership team and working with Market SPOCs to collate programme reporting.
  • Lead the reporting and tracking of delivery against team’s strategic objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Develop technical and operational reports, and co-ordinate key strategic activities
  • Gathering raw data from relevant individuals and sources in specified portfolio.
  • Develop and create data layout like tables, charts, graphs, and heat maps.
  • Handle information with confidentiality and proprietary nature.
  • Checking and cleaning data, taking special care to replace erroneous values with correct figures.
  • Ability to work on many projects and project teams simultaneously.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve reporting solutions including business intelligence.
  • Reporting on insights obtained, which might be utilized to inform business strategies.
  • Perform projects performance data analysis and develop/present dashboards, PowerPoints and Exec summary

  • Metrics measurement and reporting
  • Expert in using MS-Office tool e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook & Teams
  • Data consolidation, articulation and dashboard presentation
  • Data analytical skills
  • Excellent communication / soft-skills
  • Financial acumen
  • Taking meeting notes and following-up on actions until closure


Who you are
  • Experience designing and implementing reporting metrics across complex and globally distributed organisations
  • Proactive, organised and able to work autonomously and to strict deadlines, with high levels of delegated authority
  • Ability to make recommendations based on data and analysis, and report with a clear story
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to dissect complex information for use across various mediums and channels
  • Degree in management information systems, finance, econometrics, statistics, or similar.
  • Demonstrable experience as a reporting analyst.
  • Knowledge of suitable data analytic processes and tools.
  • Ability to manage escalations from senior stakeholders.
