The role requires a basic understanding of anatomy, deformation, and skin weighting, along with the ability to follow instructions and maintain clean, organized setups.
A strong learning attitude, teamwork, attention to detail, and good communication are essential for growth within the rigging pipeline.

Willingness to learn modular body rigs , facial rigs, and creature rigs.
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and maintain clean rig setups .
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
